Ecstatic dance is all about connecting with yourself. Listening to your body, your intuition, and going with what your inner desires guide you to do. Complete freedom to be who you are and express yourself in whatever way you feel like in the moment.

The more often we practice listening to ourselves and our intuition, the more easily we can find our way in life. Drowning out the noise and "supposed to's" of society and choosing what's right for us instead.

It's a way to experience a level of freedom, authenticity, and self-expression that you may not get to experience often enough in your everyday life.

It's about showing up and choosing to be who you are authentically. And exploring that!

It's an opportunity to practice and remind yourself to bring more of your true authentic self into your everyday life through the choices you make.

The more often you do this, the easier it is to live more authentically, expressing your true self, and creating the kind of life you were truly meant to live!

Hi!

I'm Mali D, an American DJ, singer, and musician with a love for music, nature, travel, and the freedom to be your true self! I studied at Berklee College of Music and trained in ecstatic dance DJing with resident Yoga Barn DJs Sophie Sofree and Raio and also in Koh Phangan, Thailand with DJs SunShay and Sandesh.

I love taking people on a journey through sound and self-exploration in my DJ sets recorded in stunningly beautiful nature locations around the world and my live ecstatic dance events that I host both online and in person, often surrounded by the beauty of nature!
